Compensation: $38$43/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
-
Provide direct individual and group counseling to students with IEPs and 504 plans
-
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement effective intervention strategies

Maintain accurate documentation of services in compliance with district and state guidelines
-
Participate in IEP and 504 meetings and contribute to development and review of service plans
-
Support crisis intervention and behavior management as needed
State Requirements
Applicants must meet the following to be considered:

Hold a valid Connecticut School Social Worker Certification (071)

Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is strongly preferred
-
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
